Maybe you are unfamiliar with carburetor testing, but what I want to say is that carburetor testing is very necessary. Because some carburetors are sold on the market without being tested, the performance of the carburetor is unstable and the operating efficiency is low, which will affect the user's use of the carburetor. Therefore, our factory attaches great importance to carburetor testing to better control quality.
Our factory uses an advanced carburetor comprehensive flow test bench, which is computer-controlled and can display air flow-time curves, fuel volume-time curves, and air flow-fuel volume curves in real time.

After the idle mixture air hole and idle mixture screw of the carburetor are processed on the CNC machine tool, the idle mixture flow rate is tested and corrected on the comprehensive flow test bench. Let the carburetor analyze various indicators of the carburetor through a more scientific data method, and adjust various parameters of the carburetor by adjusting the number of rotations of the high-speed screw and low-speed screw to improve the operating status of the carburetor. This not only helps to improve the manufacturing accuracy and performance of the carburetor, but also ensures the normal operation of the engine. At the same time, it also provides strong technical support for the research and development and improvement of carburetors.
